Room needed a bench for suitcase, housekeeping did not refresh towels or toilet paper on our last full day. That was inconvenient and frustrating . The QR code for coupons would not work for us, so that stunk! 😒

The bed was super uncomfortable, the room was hot and we couldn’t lower the temperature and the balcony was SO SMALL. We also booked an ocean view and basically had a view of the parking lot. We stayed here last year and had a FULL ocean view and that was an amazing experience. Better room, bigger balcony, if we book again we would book that instead.
