Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Hafen

nice hotel in quite part of city, just used as a base so did not use many faculties.very clean,staff excellent .Transport links good and also plenty of resturaunts in the area.

this hotel is ok for a couple of days the bar is not too good and the breakfast at 19 euros isn't worth paying, there are nicer hotels nearby.

Though we have paid in advance for the booking of 2 days. They have swipe my card saying in case of if you consume anything we will charge. During checkout we asked if anything pending ( though we know we haven't consume anything ) they said nothing and now my credit card shows there is an amount charges but not claimed of 9000 rupees. Awful. I suggest others not to swipe cards.

Nice location, the back rooms has no view, nice staff and new rooms. Towels are old though.

Amazing architecture in the area with an abundance of excellent restaurants and walking areas along the river. The hotel restaurant Julians has a terrific chef and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Wonderful food choices and a huge buffet breakfast with the chef standing by to make any kind of hot entree.

While the hotel was well located and room very comfortable , service levels were shoddy. Our requests for providing tea refreshments daily were not honoured even on repeated reminders, and on one occasion, it was flat out refused when we tried to order room service. So the property management really need to think about how their shoddy service levels are putting off potential repeat customers who are willing to pay the premium prices but wont bother with this hotel again, especially when Hyatt and Radisson are round the corner in Hafen.

Booked this at the last minute as initial hotel we booked was disappointing. The staff here were lovely, the room was a good size and clean and comfortable. I really cannot complain about anything.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Staff were fabulous. Location was fabulous. Very happy.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the centre. It is very quite and clean but if you get a room on the side of the hotel the view from your room is poor.
