Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Hafen

The Marriott at the harbor is very nice, the location is good with lots of restaurants around and 20 min walk to the Altstadt. If you come at the wrong time you might have difficulties to find a parking spot but there are some parking garages close by.

Guest agents need some training on how to treat people- the training will help them to be more efficiently in future. I booked for a parking at the hotel when i checked in. i was surprised when i came in the evening at the hotel and find out that guest agent couldn't confirm my reservation and thee wasn't a parking available anymore.

unkindness staffs. too dry room. very limited parking space. construction area not safe.. no spa (please remove from facility list) If you lost your property, just forgot it... they would not try to find for you.

Hotel amenties were great and great comfort!

Good location, right price. First time in Germany, English speaking staff. The only issue is that at the moment there is a construction site right in front of the hotel.

Loved the fresh fruit in my room, being close to the Rhein, a rooftop patio off the fitness area, very reasonably priced reataurant with excellent food, highly accommodating staff, view at b’fast!

Really pleased with our stay at the Courtyard By Marriott in the Media Harbour Dusseldorf. The harbour view rooms we a really good size with fabulous views. I usually stay at the Radisson Blu here, which has always been fine, but will gladly return to the Courtyard on my next visit. Highly reccomended

Nice hotel close to the city, it should be better for 4 stars category hotel. Very nice view but i thing it needs partial renovation.

Comfortable stay. Good and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good sleep in the comfy bed. Location is a stones throw from the rhine tower and along a nice walk by the river to Altstadt. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
