Courtyard by Marriott Düsseldorf Hafen

Good Stay.

This hotel is in the Harbor/business district. I booked it for our visits to the Christmas markets and was very happy I did. The staff was excellent and very accommodating and helpful with my lack of the German language. I enjoyed breakfast and the two dinners at Julians the hotel restaurant. It was a little tight in the parking deck but then all parking decks in Germany seem to be that way. I will definitely consider staying here again if I’m ever in Duseldorf again.

Last night of our week long Germany trip. Three cities, four hotels. This was our last night. Best night of sleep I’d gotten the whole week. Happy they had hair conditioner and an ice bucket. The lady who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. This hotel had the best service of the four chain we’d stayed at. The room was spacious and beds were comfy.

Great location, right at the port, with access to the path along the river, 20 min walk to city center. Surrounded by many restaurants and cafes

Friendly staff and amazing breakfast. The receptionist and grill chef were extremely friendly and accommodating. The internet service and computer system at front desk was out several times slowing down check in and check out.

We were there during the most expensive week of the year. We paid almost 4x the normal rates for this I courtyard. I was angry that I was being taken advantage of and was sure that I’d find every small throng wrong with the hotel. I was mistaken!! The staff goes so way over the top in service and personal care, that the exorbitant price I paid seems like a good deal. We really appreciated the hotel, and felt at home the whole time.

The location and property are splendid. The staff was very helpful too. The Rhine being just 5 mins away makes it a really nice location to stay at.

Clean and bright. Staff friendly. Location not too bad, great views.

I booked 3 nights at the hotel but on arrival I was told I have only booked for 1 night, there was few issues but overall my stay was OK.

Poor customer service. On my arrival I was told first night was overbooked Was sent in a taxi about 20 mins. To another lower standard hotel. The following day when I tried to check in the keycards system was not working. The whole experience was extremely disappointing
