Geweldig verblijf, geen negatieve punten, uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Comfortable hotel, good location, friendly staff.

Bel hôtel 3 étoiles. Le service est inexistant. Le bar est juste triste.

Well located hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, made my business trip enjoyable.

Breakfast chef and waitress very happy and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is very limited with not enough choices.Eggs chef is a very nice option but the rest was not good enough. 24 euro for 2 fried eggs and some bacon is a lot. Bar should stay open longer at night. The wellness center very neglected and unwelcoming. Needs a multi machine with a bench press. The sauna very neglected with broken dispensers, broken lockers. After i finished and showered had to walk almost barefoot back to the room as no slippers or Robe. I was in 302 very spacious room. Wifi was very good. Water pressure was very good and quality soap. With a few improvements you can do a lot better.

We has a wonderful stay at the hotel…it was a bit far from the city restaurants and activities…in a quite area…the hotel dis not feel like a courtyard at all…it had a more chique vibe to it…the only thing that reminded you of a Courtyard hotel was the small and plain bathrooms in the rooms.

Good location, about 20 minutes walk along the water to the old town. Impressive buildings along the way. Good size room, very nice bathroom, overall clean and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

WLAN war unzuverlässig

This was our 3rd stay while my husband was in Dusseldorf on business. We were so pleased to see some of the staff was back after Covid, as they always make our stay so pleasant. Zeinab is the hostess with the mostest, and Marcel and Tommy are excellent chefs, serving a delicious breakfast. Tommy even made me a special little cake for my birthday! Every evening Sabina, who has a winning personality, would serve us drinks at the bar and dinner a couple of evenings. Everyone goes out of their way to meet our needs and make us feel welcome. The hotel is very comfortable with every amenity needed. The location is close to several excellent restaurants, a little market, and a lovely walk to sit alongside the Rhine River. The Altstadt is a little bit of a trek but very doable. If you need an excellent taxi driver, have the desk staff call Mahmud.
