Super Hotel in super schöne Lage.

Anreise mit dem Auto und kein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage frei, obwohl auf der Homepage von Expedia freie Parkplatze angeboten werden.

Breakfast was good. No service at night. Only 1 person in front. Thats it. If need something, no services. Was clean.

Pathetic hotel. Should not stay here at all. They have no basic etiquette or manners and are just trying to cheat their customers. I had 5 bookings at this property which they cancelled by themselves and are now asking me to pay 5 times the rate! When I asked them why? They say it’s a technical issue and to compensate they can offer a 10% discount. So charge 5 times first and then offer 10%! Pathetic. And I am a Marriott Bonvoy platinum. If this is how they treat their ‘elite’ guests not sure how badly they treat their regular guests. The gm is copied on my emails with them but doesn’t have the basic courtesy to reply!

Great staff and location. You can walk to the city centre , in 20 minutes. Route is next to the water, so we enjoyed the walk. Rooms are clean, but a bit dated. Not what we are usted to, by Courtyard. Nevertheless, great stay to visit Düsseldorf AND park your car free.

You would think that a hotel called Marriott Courtyard would have a pleasing courtyard like in their logo. I picked courtyard view and was surprised that the courtyard was a wall. This hotel has few rooms looking at the canal. Other than that it was OK. Internet is SLOW. Not good for FaceTime.
