Le Parc Hotel, Beyond Stars

Great hotel, very modern. Quickest check in ever! Super comfortable bed. Would be good if the TV would allow Netflix etc. Only stayed one night before a flight and perfect for that.

OUTSTANDING! Overall a great experience, very clean, friendly & professional staff, and most importantly safe. Highly recommended.

Grrat location. Conformable room.

I liked the funky, chic designs in the hotel. It made a change from the corporate feel of so many other 5-star hotels. The rooms were terrific. I particularly enjoyed my large bathtub at the end of my bed. The bathroom was well equipped with a decent shower. I was surprised however there was no bathrobe, unless they forgot to leave one. The WiFi was horribly slow which is worth noting if you are there on business travel.

overall excellent... just one of the staff members did not inform us which amenities they had available nor that we had paid for breakfast already

Unfortunately since the last time we were there the property feels rundown. The room is spacious but the rest feels old, the access to the shower is difficult and dangerous. Breakfast was OK but in one instance the staff did not notice that one of heated pans was off so the meal was cold. All this said all staff are really kind and helpful.
