Great location and nice building, eye catching design, clean and cozy. Mini fridge did not work and could use some improvement in amenities in the room (shower cap, dental kit).

I really love the view from our Business Suite room. The staff at the hotel restaurants for breakfast and Epicur were fantastic! Housekeeping was always on point. Could improve on Wi-Fi as it does not work sometimes. Also, music from outside can be heard in the late evening which can be quite bothersome. Otherwise, I will still recommend it and definitely come back.

the staff was good, service was good, food on breakfast was good, there wasn't hot water in the shower, the room was a bit cold
