Lokalizacja

Pobyt był absolutnie koszmarny. Miałam wrażenie, że jestem nie w hotelu, a na placu budowy. Codziennie skoro świt budził nas wizg wiertarek. Obsługa podczas mojego pobytu rżnęła głupa i udawała zaskoczenie. Oczywiście w trakcie rezerwacji nie podano żadnych informacji o remoncie, co dość dobrze pokazuje standardy etyczne hotelu. Lodówka w pokoju była popsuta, o czym również nie poinformowano, w efekcie całe przechowywane tam jedzenie popsuło się. Reklamację wprawdzie rozpatrzono pozytywnie, przeproszono i zaproponowano 30% rekompensatę - ale pieniędzy nigdy nie dostałam. Klasyczni "janusze biznesu" - odrażająca nieuczciwość i okłamywanie klientów.

Localizado en la calle principal del barrio judío, a corta distancia del casco antiguo, lo que permite visitarlo sin tener que utilizar transporte público. Además de la localización destacaría la amabilidad del personal, la habitación amplia, bien climatizada y muy bien insonorizada (a pesar de estar junto al ascensor) y la calidad del restaurante.

El baño, aunque está bien equipado, le falta más balda para colocar los útiles de aseo. Hubieramos preferido una habitación con mejores vistas

Location and everyone friendly

Breakfast had gone a little downhill since I was last here, coffee and tea should be served and not from a very slow machine causing guests to wait. Breakfast Staff were very good though
