Allt við þetta hótel var frábært! Starfsfólk, staðsetning, morgunverður, veitingastaður og Sky bar. Verðum að nefna sérstaklega einn starfsmann Robert. Hann er með alveg einstaka þjónustulund og sýndi mikla fagmennsku. Hann kynnti sig strax við komu okkur, var einstaklega hjálpsamur og hugsaði vel um okkur alla dagana.

I had a wonderful stay at the Helena Rubinstein Hotel in Krakow. The hotel is stylish and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was comfortable, and very quiet, perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and many great restaurants. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow who want to stay in the Jewish quarter.
