Staff was friendly

The bed was incredibly hard. The traffic noise was loud. I could hear talking and Tvs from other rooms most of the night. The little coffee maker was very dirty inside. I got almost 2 hrs of sleep before I gave up and watched the storm while waiting for daylight.

it was ok. 1st stay was more options then our 2nd stay. no choices for a diabetic. it qas a halfway point between destinations so stayed going and again coming back. both stays were overall good. 1st stay had cleanliness issue in bathroom. 2nd stay cleaner. quick check in honored my request. fast response

the bathroom toilet was dirty, hair on toilet and feces spletter in bowl. mirror was spoted with what looked like dried toothpaste splatter ( cleaned myself) tvs were small and up high making reading the menu or guide difficult. the room window couldnt be opened at all. in the morning around 8 am a cleaning lady just walked in the room without knocking or announcing her enttance. realized we were there apoligized and left but all the same not appropriate to at least knock or check for checkout b4 just entering.

The primary like was location. The site was close to where I wanted to go and was easily accessible from the highway. As this was a remote area I did not expect services to be nearby.

I have stayed at this facility before and was disappointed that it seems to become rather run down in the interim since my last stay. Two of the room light switches did not turn on lights. I can only assume that the light bulbs in the overhead light fixtures were burnt out and had not been changed. The queen sized mattresses were lumpy and uneven although the sheet covers were clean. The bathroom sink appears to have some sore of faucet leak. I found a water puddle on the floor each time I used it. The foam cushion on the window ledge was torn and frayed. Perhaps I should have taken the counter clerk's offer to switch to another room. In any event, the facility appears to have not been kept up and the visitors have to endure the consequences of that. Finally the remote for the television did not work and one had to figure out how to turn on and adjust it manually via the button on the bottom right.
