"Worst stay I’ve ever had there very disappointed"

Location and front desk person was great. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was okay.

Cigarette ashes on bed spread in no smoking room. No soap and a little used bottle of shampoo. Couch was pulled out from wall for some reason. In morning while showering watched a bug crawling on wall outside of shower in bathroom.

"Decent hotel but lacking in hospitality."

Room was fairly good. Proximity to my friend's house was good.

The outside of the hotel is very unkempt. You cannot walk on the sidewalk because the bushes are overgrown. There was trash in all of the outside receptacles for time I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was lacking and there was not a really good assortment of food items. In all the times I walked in and out of the hotel, there was NO ONE at the front desk. Rooms were nice but definitely worn. I was surprised to see an envelope in my room labeled "Tips". A tip for housekeeping is supposed to be something extra and there is no need for prompting like this!
