Friendly staff, clean room

Tv didn't work, no heat on in the room. It's winter time. I think the a/c was running. It was like an icebox in the room. Very disappointing

Low price. Good location relative to our trip.

Room 102 TV has not worked for at least 2 years. Last year the desk clerk knew what to do. Not this year. No coffee lids for both stays this month. No hot breakfast...scrambled eggs and sausage would be a big improvement. New Pillows are badly needed.

Fairly isolated. Not much to do in immediate area. No restaurants (except a pizza place at the rest stop) in the area.

Location was fine for our purposes -- attending a WVU football game. It would not have been ideal if we wanted to site see , etc as it is fairly isolated. Staff were friendly.

Our room had a dripping faucet/shower head; it was annoying. We reported it but no one came to service it (that we know of). I thought it was pricey for the location. Breakfast was just okay. Not a lot of choices.
