"Best deal for the price"

Location works for my family.

I've been coming here a few years now. This is the first time I'd consider the rooms dirty. They clearly didn't vacuum. Bathrooms not as clean.

"The staff was congenial but the facility needed maintenance."

The staff was congenial

Maintenance was badly needed. Smoke alarm missing - the mount and wiring only sticking out of the ceiling Light in front of the window above the upholstered bench was flickering on and (mostly) off The window screen was torn and flapping Sign at entrance was broken and rusty

The room was nice and clean

The breakfast was poor and the young lady was rude she didn't assist us I had to walk up to her and ask her is ready to check us in she came out the bathroom and set down she didn't even say how are you doing are you ready to check in she just set like she didn't even see us
