I was not very clean

The room was nice.

I left a book in the room. I called the front desk to see if they had found it. The young lady at the front put me on hold. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I drove back to the hotel and was still on hold. I was told I could go up and look. I got the book and asked to speak to the manager. I asked why I was still on hold, and no one went to check on the book. He said I was on hold with corporate, and they didn't get the message. The number i dialed was a 912 number. I hung up and called the number back. The phone right in front of me stated ringing. I told him to answer it. He did. I asked why he lied to me. He tried to say I just happened to get through. They are lazy and liars.

Excellent stay. The Hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Staff was very helpful and friendly and the bed and pillows comfortable. This Hotel is only minutes walk to both the riverside and Franklin Square where there are a bunch of shops and restaurants. Excellent location.

Jalaysia. Well I'm really not happy. The couches out front in the lobby were stained and looked pretty beat up. There was a musty smell in the room. There was 4 adults and 1 child. There should have been 2 queen size beds and a cot/couch. There was no cot. I am a Veteran. When I asked if you offered a discount you said yes but I don't qualify. I used booking.com. I asked if there is any upgrades I received the same response. I came from Cumming,GA. This was not the hotel I had imagined.

Dirty, pool closed, had to pay $10.00 each for breakfast. Limited parking Good location for Savannah.

The elevator was on one end of the floor. We had to walk to the other end. It should be in the middle

The lobby was beautiful, and the front desk staff were cordial. My main issue is the climate control: Even though the outside weather was pleasant and not humid in the 70s, the hotel room floor and rooms were humid and the carpet had a slightly musty smell even though everything else seemed new and clean. Next renovation they may need to switch out for tile floors, if possible. We did love the pillows that were extremely soft and fluffy!
