Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Midtown

There were 3 things I reported to the front desk before noon on the second day. We needed clean towels, the toilet seat wobbled and the iron did not work. I needed to iron an outfit for that night. Came back around 1 and nothing done! Came in for the night around 10pm, still nothing! Expressed my displeasure to the front desk when I checked out. Never again!

The halls, lobby & elevators we run down. Torn carpet, beat up walls. Property in need of refreshment

Everything was perfect! The stay from downtown is about 10 minutes, not so bad. The room were clean, just needed more towels and soap.

Hotel was very crowded due to college graduation. Our coffee pot in room didnt work and there was no coffee in lobby prior to 7am. We opted not to get breakfast as $15 seemed steep for what it was. Front desk staff was great but I dont like that i check in online but still need to go to front desk when i should be able to get digital key. They seemed to be doing construction so part of hotel was not open. We've stayed at this hotel 3-4 times over the past couple yrars and this was our worst experience.

Rooms was in bad shape, dirty carpets and windows blinds was broken…

From check-in, the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, we got to our room and the sink would not drain and there were not enough towels for all of us. On our way out for the evening we told the front desk about this and they said they would take care of the problems, but then we came back many hours later and nothing was resolved, all night the sink would not drain, it was disgusting with all of the water just sitting there while trying to brush your teeth, And we had the ration towels since they would not bring any more

location was convenient and very nice accomodations

Didnt like that breakfast was not included, it was $15 a person. Parking is lmited, had to park on the streets
