The room was clean

Under construction, no hot water, no ac in hallways, smelled like pot, dirty halls.

The staff were very helpful and nice.

Nothing was wrong with the property

When I booked this hotel it didn’t mention hotel renovation. There was no pool and the hotel was under major construction. They only had half of the parking available and no A/C in hallways. Also, construction started loudly around 8 am during the week.

Not enough parking and no free breakfast.

This hotel was undergoing considerable renovations; as a result of this, there was NO access to the swimming pool; NO access to the exercise room; the public hallways had NO A/C and very HOT. My 87 year old mother is disabled; I requested an ADA accessible room on a LOW floor, we were placed on the 5th floor (522). NO ADA room. Mom needed a step ladder to access her bed..! I was ROYALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HOTEL. The hotel should have been CLOSED FOR RENOVATION…! Period. PS - I want a refund..! You shouldn’t do this to your loyal consumers..Al Lindsay, Architect

The Hotel was nice everything was clean and comfortable. But I wish for the price breakfast was included.

Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in room works great, however, the hallways did not have air.

Pool has been filled in with dirt. Description still lists a pool.

We were very disappointed that the pool which is still advertised on their website was demolished. We’ve stayed here before and were very disappointed that there was no pool.

I never did get a room key due to some sort of power outage. The front desk guy let me in my room. He was very nice. The property is in bad need of an update. Furniture in the lobby was stained and dirty. Not far from the hospitals.

There was some construction that we were not aware of but overall, the room was wonderful and it worked for us for our trip.
