Able to use google maps to drive there. Desk employee recognized me. Breakfast slightly better than other economy hotels on loop 323 Tyler. Coffee, sweet and low and raisin bran, also some muffins and fruit. Smaller deposit than nearby economy hotels nearby.

Single door lobby entry w key. Would have been nice to be buzzed in, vs put down luggage pull key from envelope, open, use foot to hold open, pick up luggage, put card back in envelope and struggle me and luggage through door which was trying to close on me.

Refrigerator had freezer and refrigerator so i could refreeze my blue ice. Desk employee always there and spoke American english.

Entry from single lobby door, so carrying in cooler and suitcase took 2 trips, and learning curve to use door key entry

Bathroom bad big hoke in wall that was covered by a puppy pad and tape hallways smelled horrible

Very dirty and unsafe

Worst place I’ve ever been to in my entire life. This place needs to be shut down and could use a visit from the BBB

Hair was still in my sink as never cleaned

Where do I begin? The smell of animal feces as I walked down the hall to my room? The cable that glitched and you could not even watch the TV? The dirty room and patched up floors? The hole in the bathroom door? The pictures that are advertised are a complete catfish… I’ll never stay there again.

The hotel needs to be renovated badly . Nasty walls carpet was nasty and torn up .basicly just a place to sleep and take a shower and thsts it

Bed was comfortable but the room was filthy and black mold all around the bathroom.
