Rose City Inn & Suites

Booked me 2 days still no refund and charges for a service dog.

I didn’t stay the night at this room

I had an accident and tried to get a refund,but they wouldn't give a refund. I had an accident and my car was totaled

I was clean,bed was comfortable enough.

Said it served breakfast but didn't, and parking and entrance into hall was to rooms were not ideal.

Nothing

Everything it was dirty and looked like a homeless shelter.

It was great. Process was very simple and i got my doposit back in 2 days. They were very respectful and any questions i had was answered right away.

This is the best motel in the price range. My only complaint is Breakfast is a mini muffin or brand cereal. Thats it no milk for the cereal lol.

Room was full of roaches. Half the lights didn't work in the room. The beds were nasty and the sheets were covered in urine. The bathroom light didn't work. The toilet wouldn't flush. Really felt unsafe. Only one door worked in the complete hotel with made you feel claustrophobic. Would never go back to this place.

Very courteous and felt safe, always felt like they were looking out for me and my well being. Loved it here
