you definitely get what you pay for. for the price and the area, it really isn’t that bad. it was clean, staff was friendly. you cannot get past the lobby up to the rooms without a room key which i really liked, it was very secure. the room i stayed in, none of the outlets/lamps worked near the bed, the carpet was torn up in some areas. if you’re looking for somewhere affordable to stay, it’s not a bad choice.

Had to sleep with the lights on because the roaches are that bad don’t know how that place is still legally open

There were roaches, a fee for A SERVICE DOG, and they did nothing but add extra hidden fees and charge for every little thing. Don't come here if you want to sleep or have a good experience

The employees were nice and it was dog friendly.

Rose City Hotel was run down and dirty. The floor was peeling up and taped down. The bathroom door was missing half its panel, and the tub was dirty, with hair in it.

That it was close to my job.

When I went down stairs to let them know my room key wasn’t working I explained to the lady with the floral print rolled her eyes so hard. On top of that they have roaches I seen at least 6 and I killed them both.
