The Beaches Hotel and Spa

Swimming pool was good for kids, food nice at breakfast and freshly made, right next to the beach.

No guarantee of a free car parking spot as people use the car park for the beach, the lady on entrance to breakfast was quite abrupt and staff on reception were slagging someone off and we could hear it all whilst waiting for the lift. Could do with a fan in the room when it's really hot.

Perfect location and a lovely hotel! Food was great and all staff bar one were brilliant. It was extremely hot and the hotel even got us fans for the room.

Just one member of staff, the supervisor during breakfast was a bit abrupt and rude. Other than that it was perfect

The hotel is situated next to the beach. Beautiful to sit, have a drink and watch the sea. The hotel is clean. The food and the staff are nice.

The room was very small. We couldn't open the wardrobe door fully; it would hit the bed when half way open. The room didn't have an iron, you would have to get one from reception. Limited space no where to where to store our luggage and no fridge. All small things but I felt these were missing. I felt it was a little ridged on meal times, you had to book a time slot for your breakfast and evening meal.

Room was comfortable, location on the beach very beautiful and easily walkable to the high street restaurants. Good breakfast, very efficiently served. Loved having pool and small sauna.

Location, close to the beach and we could see amazing sunset.

The hotel is old. Shower head was broken, the food at the breakfast was old, we couldn’t eat it. When we entered the rooms, smell of the cleaning chemicals were so overwhelming we couldn’t really stay in the room, had to open all the windows. I usually don’t have experiences like this and I am not enjoying writing this review. I wish it would have been different.

Easy parking very helpful staff. Room comfortable but next time we would book a larger room. Very clean bathroom spotless. Lunch and breakfast excellent. Lovely pool and spa area

We stayed for 2 nights for my husbands birthday. From the check-in to checkout all the staff were absolutely wonderful. They were helpful kind and courteous. We had 1 evening meal included in our package . The food was excellent and Geoffrey is something else such a character. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the Prestatyn area.
