The Beaches Hotel and Spa

Exceptionally clean pool and spa centre and very clean rooms. Good location and staff were generally friendly. Very spacious room. Smooth check-in and check out process.

The have a served to table type breakfast which they absolutely cannot support. If you eat any later than 9.30 they run out of pancakes, juices, fruits etc. We were 3 people at the table and the staff have forgotten one of the three plates and when brought, the egg was fried and not scrabbled as requested. A simple fix would be to go to buffet breakfast. It is unfair to the overall experience.

Friendly staff who go above & beyond to makesure your stay is perfect. Amazing beachfront location. Quiet & relaxing, away from the usual seaside hustle & bustle. Beautiful sunsets & a lovely beach.

There is nothing to not like about this hotel, it was our second time staying & we will definitely be back.

The food at dinner wasn’t good. I would eat somewhere else if you’re not on foot or seek alternatives near the Nova centre

Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Food was great & rooms were spacious and comfy.

The only issue we had was breakfast was booked time so if you book later you can be stood round as all the milk and juice are empty and staff were busy to keep on top of it. We were on top floor and didn’t have a window to open so it was boiling even with a fan provided.

Sometimes the breakfast staff were a little miserable. The waiting on staff in the evening much better and smiley
