Bathtub faucet; difficulty adjusting temperature. Extremely noisy occupants above room 104. I gave the front desk feedback upon check out.

The hotel looks much nicer in photos and on the outside than in reality. The rooms are in need of renovations and the bathroom was terrible - there was hair on the floor, soap scum on the bathtub, and mold on the ceiling above the bathtub.

Santiago was amazing. Rooms and hotel need a desperate facelift. Bathrooms and furniture look like they’re stuck in 2003

My family and I were looking for a place to stay close to Legoland. Santiago, the GM at Microtel Inn & Suites – Middletown, provided exceptional customer service — very clear, thorough, and accommodating. He took the time to understand our situation and helped us make the best decision for our stay. It’s rare to find someone so professional and genuinely helpful. He truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location for that reason! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that the room itself could use some updates. Although it wasn’t completely outdated, there was a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke even though we were on a non-smoking floor (possibly coming through the vents). I had to spray Lysol throughout the room. The bathroom could use a refresh, as some fixtures were showing rust, and the mattresses/pillows would be more comfortable with an upgrade. I didn’t bring this to management’s attention since I knew there was probably little that could be done about the smell during our stay. Overall, great experience!

Room 110 needs new tv. It suddenly goes from great picture to bad picture.

Need seat outside moved back to outside door. Springier came on and soaked my wife and me. At 79 and 83 did not deserve this.
