Dirty and smelly pillows, rude staff specially whose name is David...not co operative or helpful. Sorry to book this hotel

Very poor breakfast. Central area. More attention to room cleaning.

I stayed for 6 nights to attend business meetings and some tourism in Bucharest. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The physical condition is somewhat tired but clean and acceptable. The breakfast room can be small and crowded at peak times. The breakfast buffet is varied and good value. Location is good with only a short walk to the old city. Overall recommended.

Nice hotel close to park and old town. Quiet place also near a small supermarket. KFC and McDonalds nearby.

A fantastic hotel. Great staff. Clean room. Poster service was exceptional. Nothing too much trouble for anyone. Great breakfast. My only criticism is late at night other guests on this occasion were inconsiderate. Make lots noice. Not hotels fault.

We check in quite late, around 11 pm, Prior my arrival, I been in correspondence with reservation department to place a message for my husband, for my big surprise they place the message next day after reminding them. Bed sheets were dirty, towels same that you can not use them, and the staff was not helpful at all, after I went down an mention of the sheets and towels, and if I can have an extra pair of sleepers, that same been delivered next day, they send us a bottle of wine complimentary....I thank them but however when we left was still there.I have been on this trip to an important meeting...and so disappointed.Mention to them that I want to extend my stay with one more night, basically, they did not care, they gave me a ridiculous rate per night, mention that I did found a cheaper rate on a travel agent, and they were like...whatever .......really...can you train your staff to be more polite and they could bring more business to your hotel

The hotel in a central area, the staff service was very good.

A lovely little hotel only a 15/20 minute from old town. We found the reception staff to be very nice and accommodating. The room had everything you need - although they only provided one pair of slippers for two people. I'm sure if we asked for another we would have gotten one. The breakfast was tasty - although perhaps limited. When busy they struggled to keep the food coming regularly and keeping the place clean. Needs more breakfast staff as it was one lady alone the entire time we were there

Very central and comfortable. some small things need to be tended to.

This hotel is clean and has a good location, next to taxis. The staff are very nice and all speak English. I always stay here!
