"Comfortable stay"

Large with all amenities that you need. Daily housekeeping. Lovely little shop/ cafe. Seperate optional door to come and go. Spa/laundry/ shop only an elevator ride away. Awesome IGA right next door.

AC on verandah a bit noisy.

"Nice hotel in great location. Not cheap, but good value for a 2 bedroom suite."

Location in the middle of downtown, close to a supermarket and liquor store. I used living room pull out couch- was functional enough. Nice full fridge and has a range top for cooking with a few pots, utensils, etc.

"観光するのに便利な立地で快適なホテル"

広い部屋で家族4人快適に過ごせた。また、調理器具がありホテル隣りに高級スーパーIGAがあり、美味しいパンやお惣菜なども近くにあり便利。そして観光客が行くロブソンストリートへも徒歩数分であり便利な立地で良かった。

"Overpriced hotel with dipping beds. Yuck!"

Imagine paying $400 per night for an overpriced dated downtown hotel with dipping beds. Both the beds in my 2 bedroom suite have dipping beds. I almost want to cry and move over to the sofa in the middle of the night. I just had a massage from the cruise to help ease the tension and stress of travelling but the bed made my back and neck hurt. Yikes run , stay somewhere else.

We were high maintenance - traveling with two small kids - and the staff was so accommodating and helpful at all hours of the day and night.
