Muy bonito hotel en lugar estratégico para visitar, plus el restaurante muy bueno

Cómo llegar, está difícil saber llegar al hotel y google maps no ayuda, solo lo locales te pueden guiar

Me parecio excelente estancia, la ubicacion no puede ser mejor, en el mero corazón de Gto., el hotel colonial de la epoca..

Se puede mejorar en el que tengan un televisor grande, en mi caso era una TV pequeña que no se miraba ni servia el control.

Lo unico buen o fue el chavo que me atendio para dar acceso al hotel fue muy amabale y al menos te orienta sobre el lugar ya que no dice nada cuando lo reservas en la pagina

La verdad no estuvo bien desde el inicio , no estaba lista la habitacion y solo hice 2 peticiones llegaria entre 1 y2 de la tarde y la segunda si habia estacionamiento el cual la verdad esta muy mal no caben los vehiculos y no lo aclaran solo caben 4 carros adentro y quieren meter 10 carros obvio se dañan los carros, La recepcion muy mal la verdad reserve para tener un dia especial en 24 y 25 de diciembre y tuve enojarme para poder tener una mesa para cena ya que la separe desde la llegada y no me dijeron nada. la TV no funciona todos los canales estan briseados y no se ven bien
