La ubicación, el estilo del hotel muy conservador, buen servicio aunque no excepcional.

No había agua caliente en la regadera habrá estado como a 20 grados, cobros extras cuando en otros hoteles no los hay (mascota de servicio), la vista de las habitaciones hacia el estacionamiento no es la mejor.

Location, quality of the room.

No mini fridge, no microwave, no in room coffee pot, no second key, restaurant does not offer to go coffee. My cab was booked for 6am instead of 5:30am as requested. Staff questioned me when I asked my room to be opened because my son had the one key. They asked if someone was in the room, they asked if I had the key, they asked if my son could come back and open the room. I was irritated by so may questions and they refusal to open the room.

La ubicación, Que tiene estacionamiento. Lo servicial del personal.

Limpieza en general, se ve todo muy viejo y sin mantenimiento. Capacitación al personal, las personas de la recepción no sabían varias cosas. Al salir del hotel no hay buena señalizados.para salir a tomar la carretera. El personal del Restaurante andaba muy perdido. Faltos de atención y servilletas sucias y super rotas, tazas sucias.

la ubicacion

el desinterés de los empleados. nadie te recibe, nadie te acompaña a tu cuarto y te explica los detalles ( tv, aire, agua caliente, cobija extra) etc. no te dan tu recibo de carro al instante. las señortitas de la recepcion comiendo en la recepcion.

Su ubicación es inmejorable

No está insonorizado. Las cortinas excesivamente claras, parecía de día en la habitación y a pesar de ser una suite estaba situada al lado de los aparatos de a/c con el correspondiente ruido. Ha sido una noche horrible sin dormir nada. El agua caliente tarda una eternidad en llegar, y no está caliente, es templada.

"Muy clásico de Guanajuato"

Me encanta que es un lugar clásico, que existe desde 1892 y tiene una decoración muy típica de Guanajuato, muy colonial. Es un sitio imperdible

No me gustó que la puerta no tiene tanta seguridad pero a pesar de eso, nos sentimos muy seguras. Las toallas son viejitas pero muy limpias

La habitación era bastante amplia, con una sala, aseado, desde el balcón se ve a veces las callejoneadas, la comida del restaurante es muy buena, el personal siempre muy amable. La ubicación es excelente, además del restaurante hay muchas opciones para comer en los alrededores El estacionamiento es pequeño pero ellos se encargan de ubicar el auto.

A veces no funcionaba el elevador.
