Araiza Palmira Hotel

Room not up to standard - bed sheets too small for beds, shower did not work at all - when we told staff shower didn’t work they didn’t seem to care at all.

Putting new doors on rusted hinges doesn't make it new 😬

Hotel has no elevators, smell by the pool.

Everything was good

The hotel is average. The location is nice at the end of the Malecon. The staff are lovely. The free laundry facilities were a bonus. The sewage odor outside our room & by the pool was intense & the wifi was spotty/poor. Beds were comfy & the AC was very good!

THE HOTEL NEEDS ROOM RENOVATIONS,

The location was good and the staff very nice but the rooms are old, the drain of the shower doesn't work and when we reported it they came with a toilet plunger and that is what they called fixing it, of course it did nothing. No discounts for inconvenience, and the breakfast was very expensive and not fresh. Bread was very old and I even saw fungus in the whole wheat toast.
