I wish the bed was a more comfortable and that the shower had more pressure. We also had difficulty locking the door when we would go out. The door wouldn’t lock easily so we did struggle at times to get it to lock.

"Great location and enjoyable food."

Paid to have breakfast in the mornings and the food was very good. Had dinner a couple of nights and the food was very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was no body wash as promised….had small disks of bar soap. I shared a bed with my wife and granddaughter had the other bed. The beds were smaller than full size and very hard. Toilets did not flush that well.

It was in a good location and malecón was about 10 minutes driving. My kids enjoyed the pool and gym.

The shower was not working properly, had to call maintenance two times to come and fix it. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. This hotel has so much opportunity to be better and upgrade its hotel.

My 3rd stay. Grounds are beautiful, Rooms are clean and functional. Breakfast very good. i like being at one of the of the shoreline boardwalk. Good value.
