Hampton Inn & Suites Banning/Beaumont

Great breakfast. Tidy.

Proximity to main road... depends on the room you have but with bad luck you will be disturbed in night by traffic. The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear.

Couldn't tell Hilton was involved with this hotel. Room carpet was dirty, fridge not plugged in, pool hot tub broken, shampoo & rinse bottles in shower empty & room TP very this. Downstairs breakfast chairs ripped, On plus side, 2 water bottles in room

Didn’t stay for breakfast

Everything was great except the people above us were making noise like they were moving in and walking hard. No consideration for occupants below. I’d stay again just on the 4th floor.

The hot tub jets were broken. The hot water helped soothe my tired muscles, but it was a disappointment that the Jets were not working.

I stayed at Hampton Inn and Suites Banning-Beaumont on 4/11/2026, and my bill for one night was approximately $400 (because the hotel inflated room rates to capitalize on possible festival overflow guests). The guest room was a little dated, but it was clean, however, there was a faint smell of weed in the hallway. In the morning (at 8:30am) we stopped by the complimentary breakfast and discovered there was no coffee in any dispenser. In addition, there was apparently no employee attending to the breakfast area. In frustration, we drove several miles to a Starbucks to get breakfast. I lodged a complaint with Hilton Guest Services, and the hotel management has yet to respond to me. As a Hilton Diamond Member who stays at Hilton properties weekly, I expect better, and I can't recommend this hotel to other travelers.
