So overall thru out the entire hotel was extremely well maintained and very clean. The only thing I’d recommend is they might need the couches deep cleaned in the lobby. But from the moment you walked in to our last walk out it was perfect. The breakfast was amazing!!!!!

The room was large and clean. Had a refrigerator and microwave. The guest service was friendly and very efficient.

The freeway noise was a little bit bothersome but was able to fall asleep and stay asleep.

"Stopover stay en route to Disneyland"

We recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Banning-Beaumont with our family of five (two adults and three kids). The standout of our stay was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. You can tell they really care about their guests, and that made a big difference. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent with lots of options for both kids and adults, which we really appreciated. That said, the cleanliness of our room was disappointing. There was noticeable dirt and buildup under the air conditioning unit, which made the room feel less cared for than we’d expect. The surrounding area also felt a bit run-down and didn’t give the best first impression. Overall, while the service was wonderful, cleanliness is a big priority for us, especially traveling with kids. Because of that, we likely wouldn’t stay here again.

"Gross smoking hotel violates California law"

This hotel is disgusting. First, they still have SMOKING rooms on non-smoking floors which violates the California Clean Indoor Air Act. The hotel cares less they are violating the law. Housekeeping left our room open, unlocked the entire day. This hotel is absolutely gross in every respect. AVOID.
