Really lovely staff. The woman on the front desk couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. It's also a beautiful building, I arrived at dusk and it look lovely with the lights on, all glowing.

The staff were excellent, very attentive, warm welcome when checking in and checking out. Good location to the centre of TW.

Breakfast only served between 8-10am on weekends, would have been nice to have option for room service as well. Thought hotel was a little tired, and room overpriced.

Afternoon tea with a friend, Groupon voucher The afternoon tea was beautiful and sandwiches very fresh Cakes were good especially the rocky choc and the brownie But the scones were amazing and freshly cooked Prosecco was included and we had another glass each at £13.60 Nice atmosphere and nice welcome The team were excellent in looking after us Highly recommend

The room temperature being hot and humid did not allow good sleep or a restful stay. No air conditioning, only a small fan, restricted window opening and therefore no ability to create a through draft from the outside air temperature which was cooler than inside. No fridge for the warm complimentary water bottles. Staff not sympathetic for condition in “an old hotel”.
