service and staff attitude great breakfast but dinner menu ran out of item I wanted having made a conscious decision not to eat downtown My fish was overdone and a challenge for my my teeth

Always a great place to stay! Nice rooms, very clean and Amy on reception so helpful and welcoming,

Nothing

Room 4 was comfortable and clean with an armchair and television. The bathroom was clean and well equiped.

Room 5 was much smaller, no armchair and a rather strange position for the small television which made it difficult to use. There was continual noise from a boiler(?) throughout the night and noise from the corridors. This made it difficult for my husband to sleep.

Always stay here on business. Staff are excellent throughout.

Rather boiling warm or freezing

Hotel was okay but didn't like the food options on the menu too much and the staff in the dining room seemed quite confused about a few things. We paid for our meals each time we dined however, it seemed out meals were added to our bill at check-out time which we had to have corrected.

Location of the hotel was central to attractions in and around Tunbridge.

Choice of menu was limited.

Loved the character and location was perfect

I loved it all no complaints here
