The front desk staff were really great

The staff was so nice! They were the best part, very personable and friendly. The room was nice and clean, although it got extremely warm. Be mindful of the thermostat because we were boiling by the time we were ready to leave. There are not a lot of places to eat nearby, but the Italian restaurant downstairs was really good. The food and mini bar is absurdely expensive but there is 7-11 in the basement if you don't want to pay ￦6,000 for a soda. Breakfast ends at 10 which hard for us lazy bums and next time we'll probably pass since it's not anything special. But, I was very happy with our room and it was a nice retreat! Oh, but don't break anything (like my husband did) because it is crazy expensive to replace. It was totally his fault but it still stung paying after spending all that money on our room. Didn't ruin it, though! We would definitetly go back.

Good to stay but parking is restrictive. Only one free parking for one room.

Great hotel. Good location, near MRT and easy access to airport. There is no night life in this area so dont expect much. There is a starbucks close. The gym and suana are free of charge. Most seoul hotels are not free of charge to use Sauna!!!!. Nice room. Not so expensive mini-bar (mega-bar, it was a full sized refridgerator) Nice for one or two people who want to cook as well. Grocery service provided.

Good atmosphere and sport facilities. Valued for the money spent.

It is an excellent place to stay if you are staying for a longer period of time. The room is equipped with all facilities. The subway station is just a walking distance away , so you have the connectivity will all of Seoul. Yeouido park just across the road is an added advantage.

It was very pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and rooms has good area to ove around with smart layout design.

We loved our one bedroom apartment, it was very modern with all necessary equipment - bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and tidy and serviced daily. We loved the staff there who were very accommodating to our requirements in the hotel and for advising us of places to visit and arranging tours, taxis etc. On our departure the staff arranged a taxi to the airport for us - they asked if we preferred to pay the taxi fare to the hotel and they would pay the driver - this worked out very cost effective for us - a point to remember. A great place to stay.

Amazing staff---best we've ever experienced. Location perfect for business; not so much for a first time tourist.
