Spacious and friendly staffs. 5 to 10 mins walk to the subway station.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Housekeeping service could be better. The housekeeper changed bins for us, then she kept the same gloves on her hands and brought us clean towels :-( local area is not convenient for families, have to take taxi every time we went out.

This serviced apartment has great amenities such as large sauna, kids room, etc. Food at the Park Cafe was good. Breakfast was great for the price. Dinner was enjoyable, and it was good to have a discount for guests. But it may not be easy to identify the building outside. It is 10 to 15 minutes away from IFC Mall for shopping. For dining you can enjoy several options within the hotel. Staff here cares about the guests, which was good.

Excellent quality of services, high quality of room cleanliness and amenities

Stayed two nights. On second night, I woke up middle of the night for restroom. Room was COMPLETELY dark. I suddenly remembered that I left TV and light on when I went to bed. Room was so dark and so quiet (I could not even hear or feel electrical noise in the air) like inside of coffin. It was about 1:50AM. I tried to turn light switch and TV but it didn’t work. I was so scared. SO SCARED! I jumped out of bed, grab the room key and ran out to the elevator. Hallway was also dark (only emergency light dimmed) and elevator didn’t work. My room was in 4th floor. I tried to use stair to go down, but there was no light and so cold. I realized that I didn’t even wear shoes. My cellphone was out (since it couldn’t be charged at all). I really don’t know what I should do. When I went back to my room, card key didn’t work. Door didn’t have room number indication light. 40 y.o professional woman in panic was completely stuck at the hallway with bare feet and improper outfit in the dark. I wanted to cry and scream for help. Suddenly I remembered the telephone on each floor. I called to the lobby and front desk person answered. He said that there was power outage due to electric inspection from 1:30 to 4:30 AM that night and THEY GAVE WRITTEN NOTICE TO EVERY ROOM WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!! Front desk person said that he will come up. I don’t know how long I waited him but he didn’t show up. Instead hallway light came back. I could enter my room that didn’t have power thru that night.

Amazing hotel, great services and the hostesses at the reception are really helpful, and nice ! Rooms are very big, price is correct. Breakfast is perfect. In a word : perfect!

Get hotel in the business district for people working

Close to IFC and transportation options. Airport Limo also stops here.

Nice high-end suite room hotel

spacious one bedroom apartment style n is so much better than a hotel room! though i have a good view of the road, the glass window was dbl glased so there was no noise at all!!! fantastic area for us as it's away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas! very good quality cafes nearby and being an office area has local eateries too! mahogany cafe is a must go if u like gd coffee and a quiet place to relax! twosome place has red bean bingsu n is 24 hours!!! one of the better dessert cafes too.....also next to a park if you love walking in the morning......we thoroughly enjoyed this marriott ! we arrived quite late n was tired so we dined at the hotel cafe and was most pleasantly surprised!!! their pasta was really good! well done and we will be back , thank you to the very helpful staff at the reception
