Breakfast was fine. I have a specific diet and was able to find enough options. The location was okay. Pretty central to all.

Very comfortable, clean, and friendly hotel. Plenty of dining options within a mile or so. Very accommodating staff. I’ll stay here again.

It seems to be an older property, and could use some minor maintenance. But very pleased, with our stay, the staff, and the hotel. We will stay here again.

This hotel provides a great space for a family to stay. Each room has an apartment feel to it. However, the rooms could be cleaner. The bathroom specifically needed to be swept and mopped and the sink and counter needed a cleansing as well.

I have stayed at a number of Marriott properties over time, and I must say that this was one of the worst. The property, while clean, is very dated. Bathrooms have wornout old style slippery tubs, not walk-in showers, fixtures old and worn, falling apart, etc. Although overall, rooms and hotel appeared clean. Furniture and room decor was very dated looking. Hotel was seemingly dark and 'shadowy'. Lighting was poor, hotel colors were dingy brown and gray. Parking was very limited. Breakfast buffet was the worst I have encountered in a Residence Inn-meager and unappetizing. The neighborhood is pretty dicey with all sorts of questionable looking people walking around. This hotel is located between a Marijuana dispensary, a self-storage property, a liquor store, gas stations, etc. The area it is situated in is also pretty dicey. I was concerned for the safety of my car overnight. When I first went in on the Marriott website to make the reservation, the room charge was $139. Two minutes later, it was $295. This game-playing is in the control of the local hotel manager. I finally called Bonvoy and used a free night certificate. But frankly, in hindsight, I was sorry to lose my certificate over staying at this place. It boggles my mind that anyone would rate this place as 'good' or 'excellent'. It was clearly neither. If you ask me, I'd say, pass it by and keep driving. Where is Marriott Corp. quality control?

Most of the staff was decent, but the general manager in particular was very nasty! The first room they put me in had the air conditioning stuck on 80 degrees. They then put me in a new room that smelled like marijuana and also had ROACHES! I have videos to back everything I am saying!

Good location for our soccer tournament

The first night we stayed, the fire alarm went off around 1230am. The alarm did not go off until about 130am. We went back the the room and a more brief fire alarm went off at 230pm and then shut off after maybe 1 minute. We were not informed why this happened. Last night, the same fire alarm went off for about a minute around 230am or so. If this had not happened, our review would be different and nearly excellent. But 2 nights of poor sleep and difficulty returning to sleep because of the decibel level of the alarm affecting my ears even after being turned off, has left a bad taste in my mouth.
