"A mixed bag"

First the positive: every staff member we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and motivated. The place is very clean. Also, the gym is very nice as far hotel gyms go. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen in the room was very well equipped. Now, the not so positive. This place needs some investment. The first room we were assigned to had a broken sofa bed. The second room did as well. Our third room had a working sofa bed, but a broken, badly repaired table leg and empty shampoo and shower gel dispensers. Also the hot tub is currently out of order, I will give the operators the benefit of the doubt and assume that this is only temporary. Lastly, our fridge turned out to be set to the coldest temperature on the dial, which we only noticed after our food had frozen solid. Overall, $150 a night is too expensive for what you get here.

The team at the Residence Inn Dover are very professional and courteous! They definitely go above and beyond for their guests! They were very attentive to our needs and we happy to assist in any way! I highly recommend this hotel! The management team should be very proud of their staff!
