"Peaceful stay"

We stayed for 4 nights, and for 3 days there was torrential rain, even then we loved the cosy atmosphere and the thoughtful touched like a local shuttle, umbrellas. The breakfast was excellent and the service faultless. Loved it so much booked a further 5 nights at the HoriOn in Patong

"Decent 3-star hotel"

Room a bit small. Good pool area. Water pressure for shower is too weak. Overall a 3-star resort reasonable for its price.

"Beautiful grounds poor servuce"

The property is beautiful but the staff itself needs a little retraining in customer service. I found it difficult to communicate with most and a couple of the staff even gave us an attitude and ignored us. The restaurant on property is ok a little on the pricey side and the food isn't that great nor the drinks. Simply take the tuk tuk down the hill go to the left and you will encounter great restaurants for less and better good quality. Lastly I wasn't impressed with the kids game room opening at 11 and closing at 8 we are in vacation we should be able to access these areas at different time intervals especially if yours dealing with major jet lag like we were.

"Fantastic Resort ill definately be back"

lovely Resort , my only complaint would be I didnt get to spend enough time there , staff are friendly and efficient Breakfast was great , didnt really eat any other meals there as Buffet food doesnt really interest me , mini bar and bar prices more than reasonable and resort was well maintained.

"Great Location!"

This was a great place to go to in Karon beach! I particularly enjoyed the hospitality of the food and beverage staff! They are just too good. Beautiful cocktails at the pool side bar! Plenty of choices at buffet breakfast as well. Bipin and the team do a very good job at dinner and so does the breakfast team! Good job!

"Nice comfortable rooms. "

Staff mostly very helpful and friendly. A bit of confusion at the start regarding rooms, even though we booked months in advance. Got upgraded first night as our rooms were double booked, then downgraded next night. Not happy about moving rooms and packing twice. Apart from that very good amenities, good breakfast and close to good restaurants.
