"Bed bugs are terrible"

The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was musty and had an odor. The floor in front of the air conditioning unit had a large divot under the carpet. My wife almost twisted her ankle. So she never went to that part of the room again. The worst thing was the bed bugs. I showed the front desk person a picture of a bedbug we found on the bed just before we were checking out. I also sent pictures to the manager along with pictures of the bites on our bodies. We never heard back.

"Despite the issues i discussed the stay was decent"

location was great, it was clean, and the breakfast was good

the elevator wasn’t working when we got there. i had my 88 yr old mom with me and they wouldn’t accommodate us so she ended up walking up and down the stairs, and also they was out of tissue until the next day stated they was out because the truck hadn’t came in.
