Excellent location, friendly staff, clean, safe and so much historic charm. After much research searching for the best location, we went in with this lovely hotel and we were not disappointed, this location is unbeatable! Highly recommended!

It’s not an extravagant accommodation, yet we keep coming back. If you don’t need a big room with lots of amenities—i.e. you want to spend your time exploring New Orleans—you’ll be happy here. It’s on a quiet street that is close to the restaurants etc. of the French Quarter as well as to the arts and nightlife in Marigny. I couldn’t imagine a friendlier or more helpful staff. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now, and we’ll be back again.

For the rate it charged, I would have expected more. If the rate was lower, I wouldn't mind giving it a higher rating. No proper check-in area. No proper luggage storage area. The room was basic. With basic amenities. Not even a toothbrush and toothpaste. No kettle. Not even a chair or small sofa to sit in the room except the bed. The AC was not working properly. I even think that my room was haunted as the lights switched off by itself twice, and tv was on one time by itself when I was in the toilet. I told the receptionist about it.

Definitely recommend. Not luxurious or anything. However, it’s clean. It’s a decent size very walkable to everything on Bourbon Street and all around the French Quarter. Very friendly staff.

A quaint little inn that is so close to everything you want to see in the French Quarter. The desk staff were so helpful. Downside is no microwave or moni fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Stairs to 2nd floor were dangerous. A/C didn't work til 4th day. Yes "maint. guy" came a lot. The courtyard was a cool place to hang out for the 12 of us. My room had a spirit. She yelled my name loudly. Sat up and saw her. Few other spirit happening

It was a charming, slightly funky, older hotel in a great location in the French Quarter. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. Not enough electrical outlets. Would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.
