Do not be fooled by the pictures they use to advertise this hotel. The rooms are nothing like it. Renovations happening throughout the hotel, Lift out of order and bad smells throughout the hotel/ on different floors and in each room. Should be closed until they complete the renovations. We booked a king size room and was put into room No.310, dirty carpets, crusty stains inisde the bed on the sheets so we went straight back down to ask to move rooms. Moved to No.308 - This was a double room, not king size and again there were hairs and dirty marks inside the bed also guest next door was playing loud music, went back down again and asked to move as we paid for a king size room. Receptionist said that the room was a king, when it clearly wasnt and also said there was only one room left when on booking.com it stated they had 6 rooms available. Moved to No.306 - Still unexceptable, again it was only a double bed not a king, dirty carpets, broken radiator, broken/ split bathroom door and no handle, sink blocked, live electircal wire left out behind sink, very dangerous and a complete health and safety risk. At this point we gave up, the bed seemed clean so we chose to stick it out as we would be leaving early and we was not going to be given a refund so we had no choice to stay there. Left the hotel early in the morning and never left a hotel feeling so unclean. Car park aorund the back of the hotel, rubbish from the referbishment left all around the car park. No charge to park, but is not secure so ensure you car is locked and nothing left inside as the car park is over looked by tower block flat. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY ON A HOTEL CHAIN i.e Premier Inn, Travel Lodge etc at least you know you will get a nice clean room and will be worth the money you spend.
