Connaught Hotel

Location

There was no hot water, I couldn’t shut the window as it was broken. The hairdryer didn’t work and a random alarm went off at 5am right outside my door. Dirty shower. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I wasn’t expecting much as it was super cheap but I expect basic amenities like hot water and a window that closes.

Free parking Quick trip

I had to reported to reception that I can smell smoking in my room and corridor. Man from reception said ok no problem came up to check and use the air freshener!

The facilities outdated, broken and unclean.

Room was clean apart from the curtains which had what looked like blood on Bed was really Comfortable

Lift was out of order so stairs was a pain as I have a medical condition which affects my legs It was very confusing where the rooms was signage on the stairs wasn’t helpful at all

Disgusting dangerous as issues and tiles off in the bathrooms Also sheets had dirty snot dried in and marks all over pillows we left within 20 minutes floor was stained and sticky
