Excellent resort lovely staff especially Mr Butak who looked after us through out our stay…

The hotel was a very large xomplex with a decent gym. The best thing about the resort is the care and hospitality of the staff especially the manager Burak. The team tried to do their absolute best to look after us and i thank them and appreciate the effort.....5 star personal touch on every level

This meant to be a 5 stars hotel but in fact its 3 stats. We arrived on a very hot evening after a 5 hours flight to find that our room has no aircon and the temperature outside was 38C and it was very humid. Staff were not welling to change the room and kept saying that they are fully booked. We have 6months old baby who was crying because of the heat un able to eat or sleep. We end up thinking of calling the police as this was unsafe for our baby and the staff didn’t want to help. Then the manger arrived and he changed the room to another one with aircon. I requested a fridge to store milk for my baby but the fridge was not working (in both rooms). They dont have wifi service in the room so if you need to contact to the internet you have to go outside. Reception staff don’t speak English very well so it is very difficult to communicate with them. We requested room service and we got told that they dont do it but we can see that food and drink are being delivered to peoples room. The restaurant has a very nice outside area but you can never sit there let alone eating as it’s filled with wasps. They also dont have lift to all the floors so we had to carry the pram and baby up 4-5 flights of stairs. Having said that they have very nice and clean pools. Nice beach. Generally speaking staff are friendly.

This hotel is very poorly managed, they did not change our bedsheets for 4 days, no kids many available and the quality of food in overall is way below satisfaction, no bar soap you need to buy your own, no sandy beach, the picture you see represents a gravel beach, not a safe place for families with kids as drunk people wonder around until 2 am in the morning yelling and annoying anyone beside them. The management cares less about all of that. Not worth the trip or spending your money at this hotel. Do not get deceived by the pictures you see. The reality is way different and you will regret your stay at this Nightmares Resort.

Ich und meine gehbehinderte Mama waren das erste Mal im Blue Dreams Hotel. Am 1. Tag war ich ehrlich gesagt überhaupt nicht erfreut, als ich erfahren hatte, dass das Hauptrestaurant fast am Ende der Anlage war. Meine Mama hätte unmöglich diese steile Strecke mit ihrem Rollator gehen können. Das Hotelmanagement hat sofort reagiert und uns einen Rollstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Am nächsten Tag stand der Direktor Mr. Burak vor unserer Zimmertür mit einem neuen Rollstuhl und sagte, dass wir ihn bis zu unserer Abreise ohne weitere Kosten benützen dürfen. Das war für mich und insbesondere für meine Mama eine grosse Erleichterung. Nun konnten wir unser voll geniessen. Wir haben für 14 Nächte Deluxe Double Room mit Meersicht gebucht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war ein Traum. Unseren Urlaub haben wir auf weitere 7 Nächte verlängert und blieben somit 3 Wochen im Blue Dreams Resort. Das Essen ist zwar sehr vielseitig aber nicht unbedingt sehr geschmackvoll. Destotrotz verhungert haben wir nicht :) Aber Lahmacun - Restaurant war der Hit..! Jeden Abend gab es irgendwelche Animationen oder Unterhaltung, 1 x wöchentlich live Musik. Meiner Meinung es ist eher eine Hotelanlage für Familien mit Kinder oder ältere Generation. Der Service ist zwar noch nicht perfekt, aber das ganze Hotelpersonal gibt sich enorm die Mühe, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind und das macht es aus. Wir kommen im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder. Denn da, fühlt sich der Gast wie ein König/Königin. Danke!!!!

Good hotel Food great Friendly Bad WiFi

Its a very nice family/coupe hotel. I was with my gf for a week and hotel is really nice. Pros: The location of the hotel is great! Breathtaking sea view from rooms make you feel great during vacation. All staff are friendly, especially front office team and guest relations manager Ms. Fatma were very friendly and professional. Big infinity pool has an amazing view. Food was also good. Cons: Wifi is terrible!!! I read negative reviews about poor Wifi and they were right. Management needs to update Wifi immediately. They need also to renovate rooms and upgrade furniture. Additionally, there were many ants at the tea restaurant. All over it was a nice hotel with a great sea view!
