It was immaculate and of a high quality. It was a great location as quiet but you could easily access the city of Edinburgh

"We would definitely stay again"

The room was very comfortable. Our room was in The Annex which was not in the main building but just a tiny walk away. Really nice room, comfortable bed, coffee, tea, biscuits, and robes. The breakfast was excellent and hearty. Super location, a nice walk to the Royal Mile and close to Waverley Station.
