New bed mattress

Spending time with friends, nothing about this hotel would never stay here again

Everything, stagg had no clue what they were doing, laughing at complaints made, coffee awful, staff making reception and bar no clue what there doing, property not fit for purpose, beds uncomfortable, dressing tables wonky, flushed toilet continued to fill the system for hour, bathroom tiny door doesn't open, windows don't open, property has a funny smell, windows at the front broken and welded together with paint security risk, creaking when walking anywhere, lift doors banging all night long, if you don't mind unkempt property, no sleep and rude staff this is the place for you.

Staff seemed friendly

The mattress was half missing it's padding, the noise, wires in the room. You can hear people through the walls like they are in the room with you. The bed was terrible

Great location for the Leas seafront and town. A little further to walk to the Harbour Arm. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Overall, good value.

Restaurant was closed for refurbishment but we found places nearby. Hotel a little tired but kept clean.

Hard mattress on hard duvan bed was like laying on a slab of concrete, probably get comfier beds in prison, memory foam aren’t that expensive anymore treat your guests to something awful strip lights instead of a cosy lamp too Constant noise hearing everyone’s loud. Conversation!! You need to be telling people to be quiet past midnight in a hotel where you can hear everything!!! and guests that had zero consideration coming back to their rooms loud talking laughing and slamming lift doors squeaky floors to room and them shouting and slamming their own front door but you have to slam them to shut them!! Still continuing to hear talking at 4am as typing this!! That lift!!!! Made my room rattle!! And it was being used all night!! Banging crashing of someone getting in it and then out of it and then my room rattles for its entire journey!! You should not market that room 323 for a guest!! If you had it for a member of staff they would not want to sleep in it!! Cos they’d be a zombie next day due to lack of sleep!!!! Bar staff unaware how to make drinks, brought me hot milk with a cup of tea, my friends had awful sleeps, friend staying was charged twice for same round of drinks at the bar! Do not stay here!!

Friendly staff. Night Receptionist tried to remedy the rock hard mattress with a duvet but to no avail.
