Loved the room. Hottub in the bedroom is a must.

Smart tv would have been great.

I have stayed in a few different places in and around Payson. Some cost more and some cost less. I would say this place is by far the best. They accept dogs, it’s clean, quiet, staff is friendly, no hassle and certainly located. The outside has area for your dogs and it’s pretty much clean. You know there’s always that one person who won’t clean up after their dog no matter what. But the staff seems to keep up on it as much as possible. The room that we stayed in was clean and spacious. The only thing I would change is the furnishings were a little sparse. A nice chair besides the small couch would’ve been nice. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff does a fantastic job. Our bed was made every day our room was cleaned every day. We had clean towels every day. The complementary breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve had in the entire two weeks I traveled. It offered a great variety. The lady that took care of it is very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh hot and good. The lobby employees were friendly, helpful and understanding. Your conveniently located you can walk to restaurants and stores. It was quiet at night. It’s just a great place to stay. The pricing was very reasonable even the extra charge for the dogs was reasonable. I hope it just continues to be a great place to stay and visit. On a side note you are about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale!

Loved the location and the courtyard area. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman that helped us move rooms was also very helpful and understanding.

We booked a room that didnt actually exist any more so we paid extra for something we didnt get. I tried contacting Booking who have been absolutely useless. Also one of the beds in our room had pee in the mattress. It appeared the previous guests had a child that peed the bed and it had soaked into the mattress so when the sheets were changed it just soaked into the new sheets and comforter. Or they were never changed at all? The fan in the bathroom was insanely loud and rattled.

Breakfast room was beautiful and location fine. Food was good, however the day we had breakfast there was no milk at all for coffee or cereal. And no real half and half , only sweet artificially flavored coffee creamers.

Schlechteste Unterkunft während unserer 20-tägigen Rundreise. Wasserrohre haben abends gehämmert als würde ein Traktor durch den Raum fahren. Morgens 6.30 Uhr wieder. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Nachbarn waren die ganze Nacht aktiv🤢. Das rhythmische Klopfen an der Wand wollte nicht mehr aufhören (ok, da konnte das Hotel nichts dafür, war der letzte Tropfen). Sehr laut, da direkt an der Hauptstraße.

SHAME ON THEM! Bait and switch! False advertising. DISHONEST! Their website lies. They do not have fireplaces! The have glow in the dark fake electric fire logs in EVERY SINGLE KING DELUXE ROOM. THEY PULLED OUT ALL REAL FIREPLACES RECENTLY! We have been regular guests there for 20 Years! The fireplaces are what kept us coming back! We just got back from our anniversary weekend. So disappointed to see they are STILL ADVERTISING REAL FIREPLACES.
