The Rude Manager Natalie we try to check in early the rude approach she gave was nothing is clean yet. Come back before 3pm, I called in the morning no hot water send maintenance please. Same manager on Sunday morning saying there is nothing she can do about it. We asked for towels none in room at check in Natalie stated she was short staff. Stay would have been better with out Natalie attitude. We came from a long drive to be approached by this unprofessional Manager you had managing this hotel. I booked 4 rooms including the apartment, Natalie charged me a pet fee which we never had. Our rollaway had stain mattress, they brought us another one with stain sheets, the kitchen faucet leaking everywhere, no hot water even after complaining, my other room 102 had hair in bed and stain make up on sheets, my other room 108 the electrical panel in back of the room had a loud noise at 10 pm Saturday night and again went off at 5 am on Sunday waking up my grand babies, Breakfast at 8:45am on Sunday was empty no waffle mix, no orange juice, no eggs, no bacon or sausage pans completely empty. The breakfast lady didn’t care she said she was leaving in two months and did not want to be there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!!! They rob you out of your money! BAD customer service!!!!

Cute little place. Its clean and comfortable. Everyone we encountered from check in, cleaning, to breakfast staff was kind and helpful. We do alot of getaways to Payson and this will be our go to now.

It was convenient to the route I was traveling. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. I slept well because it was very quiet. It was an excellent value for the price.

Breakfast was included but the coffee was terrible. There was a Keurig in the room, but I found out the hard way that the cups provided were too small. What a mess I had to clean up! Luckily I brought my own paper towels. Also, I hate having to eat breakfast with cheap and flimsy plastic ware. Not only is it bad for the environment, but it’s unhealthy for our bodies.
