The lady did a very good job keeping up with filling food warmers. Her eggs were good & moist. Sausage was tasty & hot. She was also very pleasant.

One attendant at breakfast iis not enough. Food wasn't replaced in efficient manner and no bagels, yogurt or fresh fruit. Coffee was weak and not hot enough.

Remote control for TV. was missing, duty Mgr. couldn't solve with a replacement; no TV. during our stay. Room carpet wasn't vaccuumed. Tried to take a shower in the morning but water pressure was out. Sad,sad,sad! Mgr refunded 20% of cost, not enough!

"The worst experience ever!"

DO NOT STAY HERE!,,,, We were so excited to come stay here for a little getaway. Much needed and required I might add. Upon arrival we realized the fire place glass fell off upon walking by it, phone did not work and lamps had no bulbs in them. We had food for our frig and everything froze up. Had cat food in there and couldn’t feed our cat until it unfroze. The carpet by hot tub was soaking wet when we arrived, and the smell of mold and must. The maintenance man came to fix fireplace and just walked out stating he doesn’t fix phones, The coffee maker didn’t work, luckily we brought our keurig as photos on website showed the old style than k cups. Good thing we did. We reported all of this at first to office, they didn’t seem to care, until my husband went up and instead of them fixing the problems we were advised we could leave. The only good thing about this place was breakfast and going fishing. We stayed for one night, and realizing management didn’t care, we left. I am livid after paying an arm and a leg for a place like this, and it was the worst. Check it out before you stay. I found out from a worker there, wet carpet from jetted tub is common. Maintenance was so rude and unhelpful. He came and handed us a lightbulb, and it was the wrong one. Really? I will Never Ever stay here. I would probably have better luck at Motel 6.
