it was in heart of the city

THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE FACILITY AND I WAS DISSAPPOINTED BECAUSE THE HOTEL IS BEAUTIFUL, I HOPE THE PROBLEM HAS TO BE QUICKLY

the decor and upkeep of antiquity

I expected it to be walking distance from American consulate

The surrounding area was a bit grubby, but LOVED this property. 10 minute walk to port/harbour area. Hotel was 100yrs old, built during French colonialism, and still furnished from that period. Was like stepping back in time. Staff were helpful carrying our bags to our room, and the elevator looked original from 1920’s. I loved watching it from the hotel reception. Bed was comfy, and good shower. However did find an opened durex packet on the floor. Someone had had a good night lol Breakfast was buffet style. Basic but adequate. Reception area and salon were a great place to chill. Would definitely stay here again.

No Aircon, no on site parking , we had to pay for secure parking opposite the hotel. Film crew in hotel made stay awkward

The reception is very beautiful but in general, it's just an ok city hotel for a night.

I realy advise to demilosh this hôtel and make à new construction, everything is old and defect even the basics
