Free parking in front of the hotel.

the hotel needs an upgrade, elevator didn't work properly, carpets are looking old, not fresh, there was quite some noise from downstairs neighbor accommodation, only cold water in the bathroom, not sufficient toilet paper

"It’s was passable"

5.0

Like the rooms, lots of space

There is weird smell in the room and fly and mosquito, the main thing on the front desk girls don’t understand English so it’s hard to explain them.

"Not level of hotel you’d expect after description."

Despite the many things wrong with it, I mega liked the design of the hotel.

All in all quite a lot like the others but the problem was not enough contacts, no electricity connection for everything in the middle of the room, the room could be improved a lot, paint was coming off the ceiling, in the bathroom the shower neck was badly connected to the shower head making water run. At night some rustling in the wardrobe as if some spider or mouse was running around. No pillows, only a small roll under the head, good thing I had my pillow. Leaky windows, I got cold in there. I turned on the old yellowed air conditioner ... not to lower the temperature a bit but to warm up the room because the windows from the terrace were blowing even though they were closed. The atmosphere was there but not to relax. Lack of English with staff caused some problems at the beginning.

"HELL-HOLE"

1.0

We chose this hotel because of the free parking. HUGE MISTAKE! We were lucky to get out alive. It is a blessing our hire car was outside for the quickest get-away possible. Almost nothing worked. In any other country the bathroom would be closed down as a health and safety hazard. The staff veered from comatose to harassing. If you want to sleep at night here, you'll have no luck. There is a strict schedule of noise to keep you awake. 9pm - 3 am a club next-door blasting bass heavy music, 3 am - 5 am people shouting and arguing below on the street, 5 am - 9 am pigeons mating outside your room, and fortunately the lift going up and down all night, a bit like an Apollo moon launch. Our main concern is the high level of pigeon crap immediately outside our room, with consequential flies and probably vermin. The breakfast shenanigans is of a whole different ballpark, with dreadful cold weak coffee, orange squash instead of fresh (in a country that grows oranges!), and some strange bloke asleep at a lecturn. It would have been funny, except it made us quite ill. There are numerous other things, too much to mention here, but, I'll try anyway; underpowered electrics that won't charge a phone or toothbrush, hardly any lights working, rusty fridge, leaking bidet, water takes 30 minutes to heat up, hazardous shower door and fittings, toilet that you can't sit on, sink coming off the wall, etc, etc, etc. All in all a HELL-HOLE.

A terrible place
